Companies are requested to submit the relevant documentations, and clearly indicate the types of goods and services they used to render and it should correspond with the nature of business stated in the company founding statement or amendment. 2. The needs of MOJ for 2017/ 2018 financial year are as follows, but not limited to: Goods: • Supply of Newspapers, periodicals, books, legal literature readings, & other media publicity materials • Supply of stationery/ General Office Supplies • Supply of cleaning materials, equipment and related goods • Supply of plumbing materials • Supply of computer equipment (Computer, Laptops, servers, printers and switches) • Supply of computer/ server software and / or other third party software as required (including licensing) • Supply of data and communication, network and related equipment • Supply of cell phones, and iPads • Supply of refreshments • Supply of Office Furniture • Supply of security equipment, maintenance services, tools and related materials & supplies • Supply of equipment, tools and materials • Supply of sport wear and related sport supplies • Supply of gowns for legal officers • Supply of promotional items • Supply of uniform and safety wears • Supply of corporate gifts • Supply of crockery, cutleries, glasses and other related utensils. Works: • Operational Equipment & Office Equipment • Supply of electrical, plumbing, joinery and mechanical services • Supply of Civil Work • Minor renovations to office buildings and assigned houses • Security infrastructure development • Constructions and renovations of offices and court structures. • Construction of fabricated court structures & mobile structures Consultancy Services: • Architecture Service • Quantity Survey as Services • Engineering Services • Interior Design Services Non-Consultancy Services: • Supply of Air Tickets & transportation services • Maintenance of operational equipment (Escalators, elevators etc.) • Services of Air Conditioners, fire extinguisher, fax machines and photocopiers • Maintenance and service of computers • Advertisements • Short Courses, Training, symposiums and workshops • Hospitality and catering services • Design and Printing services • Events management services and decoration • Entertainment services (Live band, cultural group performance, etc.) • Refuse removal services • Rental of Photocopiers • Security services • Installation of security system (Alarm System, Access control & Surveillance cameras) • Service repair of vehicles • Spray painting and Panel Beating 3. NB! The documents outlined below are mandatory in order to be eligible to participate: • A Valid Company Registration Certificate • An Original valid Good Standing Social Security Certificate • An Original valid Good Standing Tax Certificate. • A valid Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, proof from employment equity commissioner that bidder is not a relevant employer, or exemption issued in terms of section 42 of the affirmative action Act, 1998 • A written undertaken as contemplated in section 138(2) of the Labour Act 2007 • A Certificate indicating SME status (for bids reserved for SME’s) The Ministry of Justice shall have the right to: a) Ask for clarification of evaluating company profiles and b) Reject any company that fails to submit all mandatory documents as requested in paragraph 3. c) Due to security reasons, some services may require vetting. d) Remove non-performing suppliers from the list NB: Submissions of profiles are to be submitted in sealed envelopes and should be Submitted at MOJ, Independence Ave, Justitia Building, Entrance, Ground Floor.
