Friday, December 1 2017| NEW ERA ADVERT 27 COURSE ON OFFER 2018 in Civil Engineering ABOUT THE MSC IN CIVIL ENGINEERING The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, at the University of Namibia (UNAM) José Eduardo dos Santos Campus, in Ongwediva, invites prospective candidates for admission into the Master of Science degree programme in Civil Engineering (MSc Civil Engineering), for the 2018 academic year. The German government, through the GIZ Project “Transport, Mobility, Logistics” in Namibia, supports the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, which has excellent teaching and learning facilities, well equipped research laboratories and several key professors. AREAS OF SPECIALISATIONS: The MSc in Civil Engineering Programme has three (3) areas of specialisation, namely: Water Engineering Structural Engineering Transport Engineering SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering has limited number of MSc scholarships in the area of Transportation. The scholarship will partly be funded by GIZ. The scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis as part of the application review process and are available only to Namibians. Students who would like to be considered for sponsorship should attach on the application a one-page motivation letter.
