The draft concept layout calls for the development of a low-density single residential neighbourhood and a Marina where boats/yachts can enter the marina from the Orange River. Furthermore a tourism establishment in the form of a hotel with some low-key bungalows and a daycamping and overnight camp site is to be provided.
