Directs on administrative arrangements for meetings and format of meeting documentation. Directs on the best method for scheduling of meetings (time & place). Directs on the extent to which the current staff complement and the capacity of the department regarding skills and competencies. Directs on the strategic and operational steps required in this regard. Directs on the validity and correctness of the legal documentation and on the possible changes / amendments required.
