Interested parties are invited to provide MET with written technical and financial offers (in Namibia Dollars only) for buffaloes. The technical offer should contain conditions of sale which the tenderer can undertake. The financial offer should indicate the price per individual buffalo, including all capture (including the entire cost of the capture team), boma care/feeding, transport and diseases testing related costs. The technical and financial offers should be sealed in separate envelopes, clearly marked with the name of the tenderer. Written offers (technical and financial) in sealed envelopes should be deposited in a box at the Ministry of Environment and Tourism Headquarters, situated at the corner of Robert Mugabe avenue and Dr. Kenneth Kaunda Street, Ground Floor, Concession Unit, Office #B0-09, on or before 04 August 2017, not later than 13h00.
