The EU-Training Hub is implemented by the “Promotion of Vocational Education and Training in Namibia” (ProVET) project. A joint technical cooperation programme of the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. It is funded through a financing agreement from the European Union’s European Development Fund (EDF 11). The training hub aims at facilitating access to VET and improving the quality of vocational training within a cluster of vocational training centres in northern Namibia, namely: Valombola VTC, Eenhana VTC and Nakayale VTC. To assist the centres in achieving their objectives, applications are being called from experienced and competent companies to submit proposals for assisting centres in the training hub to build individual VTC brands and enhance understanding and appreciation of the services they offer. The successful company will, amongst others, assist the centres in the hub to: • Design individual Corporate Identities: • Identify and recommend brand management practices and guidelines to ensure consistent, aligned, readily available and appropriately used application; and • Develop, rollout and manage an integrated rebranding strategy to position and brand the VTCs according to the expectations and needs of the various stakeholder groups. Alongside the visual elements, the re-branding exercise should include an internal culture change programme geared to align the brand promise of the VTC to the expectations of its wide array of stakeholders. • Identify and capacitate brand custodians at each centre, who inter alia will be responsible for managing and promoting the brand of the VTCs internally and externally. o Capacitating such brand custodians with the skills and competencies needed to promote and manage the internal and o external image of the VTC. Providing support to such brand ambassadors beyond the sixmonth consultancy period in the following sub fields: • Social Media Activation • Web Design and Maintenance • Perception Management • Active Stakeholder Engagement The envisioned project duration for the above mentioned activities is six calendar months.
